Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the final dividend for FY 2024-25. The Register of Members will be closed from 1st to 7th August 2025 for this purpose. Shareholders registered by 31st July 2025 will be eligible for the dividend payout. E-voting for the AGM will be available from 4th to 6th August 2025, with eligibility to vote fixed as of 31st July 2025.
