Its wholly-owned subsidiary, Omaxe Garv Buildtech Private Limited, has received RERA registration for its residential project “Metro City Phase 10” in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This registration certifies regulatory compliance, enhances buyer trust, and allows the subsidiary to legally sell, transfer, and advertise the project, supporting the brand and potentially improving Omaxe’s consolidated financial performance. The approval is valid until October 9, 2027.
