Avishkar Infra Realty Ltd — Updates, 30-06-2025: Company Update

Avishkar Infra Realty Limited has announced a board meeting on which approved increasing its stake in Shraddha Mangalsmruti LLP from 10% to 50%. The company appointed Prashil Shah, a Chartered Accountant with investment banking experience, and Bikash Tarafdar, a finance professional with 13 years in financial reporting and analysis, as Additional Independent Directors. It also approved appointing Megha Kamal Samdani as the Secretarial Auditor, subject to shareholder approval. Following these appointments, the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees of the Board were reconstituted accordingly.
