Avishkar Infra Realty Limited has announced a board meeting to approve increasing its stake in Shraddha Mangalsmruti LLP from 10% to 50%. The company appointed Prashil Shah, a Chartered Accountant with investment banking and valuation expertise, and Bikash Tarafdar, a finance professional with 13 years’ experience, as Additional Independent Directors. It also proposed appointing M/s Megha Kamal Samdani as Secretarial Auditor, subject to shareholder approval.
