Ashima Limited — Others, 30-06-2025: Disclosure under SEBI Takeover Regulations

Chintan Parikh Family Trusts No. 1, 2, and 3, members of Ashima Limited's promoter group, have acquired a combined 14.995% stake in the company through an inter-se transfer of 2.87 crore shares from Mrs. Shefali Chintan Parikh, also a promoter group member. This transfer was done without consideration, settling shares into the Trusts to consolidate promoter holdings. Post-transfer, each Trust holds 4.998% of the company’s share capital, strengthening the promoter group’s control structure and aligning shareholding within the family trusts.
