Mr. Ajay Punamchand Patel resigned due to professional commitments and a change in his group role, effective from the close of business on 30th June 2025. Mr. Anilbhai Patel, a Commerce master’s graduate with over 15 years in the company’s finance and accounts department, has been appointed as the new CFO starting 1st July 2025.
