These acquisitions aim to enhance business capabilities and diversify the portfolio across India. The registered office will shift to Borivali, Mumbai. The company appointed M/s Devender Singh & Associates as scrutinizer for e-voting and approved the notice for the 7th AGM to be held via video conferencing.
