Diamant Infrastructure Limited has announced a board meeting on which it took note of the cessation of Ms. Reenal Jigar Kamdar as a Non-Executive Independent Director following completion of her second term. The board expressed appreciation for her contributions. Additionally, Mr. Gopal Shrikant Kabra and Mr. Nikesh Subhash Zade have been appointed as Non-Executive Independent Additional Directors, each bringing experience in company secretary roles, compliance, corporate governance, and legal matters. Both appointments are effective till the ensuing Annual General Meeting and involve no familial ties with existing directors or key management.
