Bank of Maharashtra — Others, 30-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Bank of Maharashtra has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the quarter and half-year. At its 22nd Annual General Meeting held via video conference, shareholders approved the audited financial statements and declared a dividend of Rs. 1.50 per equity share for FY 2024-25. Approval was granted to raise capital up to Rs. 7,500 Cr through various instruments including FPO, rights issue, QIP, preferential issue, ESPS, or Basel III bonds. M/s Joshi & Joshi was appointed as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2025-26. Shri Mrutyunjay Mahapatra was elected as a shareholder director of the bank.
