Apollo Hospitals Enterprise Limited — Updates, 30-06-2025: Press Release

Apollo Hospitals Enterprise has announced a board meeting to approve a composite scheme involving demerger of its omni-channel pharmacy and digital health business into a new wholly-owned subsidiary. This new entity will merge with Apollo HealthCo Limited and Keimed Private Limited, creating an integrated omni-channel pharmacy and digital health platform with FY25 revenue of ~INR 16,300 Cr and plans to reach INR 25,000 Cr by FY27 with ~7% EBITDA margin. The new company will list in 18-21 months, unlocking direct value for AHEL shareholders and consolidating retail pharmacy ownership via acquiring 74.5% stake in Apollo Medicals Pvt. Ltd.
