Kansai Nerolac Paints Limited has announced the proceedings and voting results of its 105th Annual General Meeting held through video conferencing. Shareholders approved all seven resolutions including adoption of the financial results for the year, declaration of a dividend of ₹3.75 per equity share (including a special dividend of ₹1.25), retirement of a Non-Executive Director without re-appointment, re-appointment of another Director, ratification of cost auditor's remuneration, appointment of JHR & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years, and appointment of a new Non-Executive Director, Gen Yokota. All resolutions passed with overwhelming shareholder support.
