Gabriel India has announced a board meeting regarding a composite scheme to amalgamate and demerge automotive businesses from Asia Investments and Anchemco into Gabriel. This restructuring broadens Gabriel’s portfolio beyond suspension parts to include brake fluids, radiator coolants, diesel exhaust fluids, adhesives, drivetrain products including EV transmissions, BIW and NVH solutions, and synchronizer rings. With this consolidation and recent sunroof business addition, Gabriel aims to become a diversified, technology-driven mobility solutions provider, enhancing its global OEM partnerships and aftermarket presence while targeting accelerated profitable growth and higher shareholder value.
