Subex has launched FraudZap™, a lightweight, AI-driven fraud detection platform designed for rapid deployment to combat evolving telecom fraud. Its first focus is on Handset Fraud, addressing risks in both POS and online device sales through real-time rules and adaptive AI/ML models. FraudZap™ targets smaller telcos, MVNOs, and operators with legacy systems, enabling fast, precise fraud control without large-scale overhauls. Additional fraud scenarios will roll out soon, strengthening Subex’s position in telecom fraud management with scalable, plug-and-play AI solutions.
