Acknit Industries Limited has announced a board meeting to regularize the re-appointment of Mr. Deo Kishan Saraf and Mr. Abhishek Saraf as Whole-time Directors for three-year terms starting April 1, 2025, and May 28, 2025, respectively. Mr. Deo Kishan Saraf, a promoter with over 39 years of industry experience, is the younger brother of Managing Director Shri Krishan Saraf. Mr. Abhishek Saraf, with about 24 years of experience including senior marketing roles within the company, is the son of the Managing Director and husband to a Non-Executive Director. Their continued leadership is expected to support the company’s strategic direction.
