Hexaware Technologies Limited — Important, 30-06-2025: General Updates

Hexaware Technologies has announced a board meeting on June 30, 2025. It approved allotment of 53,144 shares to employees under its ESOP plan. The board also approved a further investment of up to USD 50 million in its wholly owned US subsidiary, Hexaware Technologies Inc., aimed at supporting its business growth. Hexaware Technologies Inc reported turnovers of ₹476.59 Cr, ₹394.69 Cr, and ₹364.48 Cr in FY24, FY23, and FY22 respectively. The investment will be completed by December 2026.
