Hexaware Technologies has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company approved the allotment of 53,144 equity shares to employees under its ESOP 2015 plan. It also sanctioned an investment of up to USD 50 million in its wholly owned US subsidiary, Hexaware Technologies Inc, to support business expansion. The subsidiary reported revenues of ₹476.59 Cr in FY24, showing healthy growth over the past three years. No change in ownership stake is involved.
