Orient Cement Limited — Others, 30-06-2025: Shareholders meeting

Orient Cement has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Shareholders approved multiple key resolutions via postal ballot, including the appointment of Mr. Vinod Bahety, Mr. Rakesh Kumar Tiwary, and Mr. Vaibhav Dixit as directors, with Dixit also appointed as Wholetime Director and CEO. Independent directors Mr. Sudhir Nanavati, Mr. Ravi Kapoor, and Ms. Shruti Shah were appointed. Material related party transactions with Ambuja Cements, ACC Limited, and Adani Enterprises were approved. M/s G. K. Choksi & Co. were appointed as statutory auditors, and the registered office will be shifted from Odisha to Gujarat. All resolutions passed with strong shareholder support.
