ICICI Lombard has announced a board meeting on July 26, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The Company reported growth in gross direct premium income, profit after tax, and an improved combined ratio, declaring higher interim and final dividends of ₹5.5 and ₹7.0 per share respectively. All resolutions, including appointment of auditors, revision of MD & CEO’s remuneration, and approval of several material related party transactions, were passed with overwhelming shareholder support.
