Keystone Realtors has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. It has secured a major redevelopment project for GTB Nagar in Sion, Mumbai, in partnership with MHADA, with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of approximately Rs. 4,521 Cr. The project covers 11.19 acres, aims to redevelop 20.7 lakh sq ft, and will benefit over 1,400 families. This flagship initiative strengthens Keystone’s foothold in central Mumbai and underlines its leadership in large-scale urban redevelopment.
