TCI Industries has announced a board meeting in which Mr. Jagdish Chandra Sharma has been appointed as the new Chairman with immediate effect. Mr. Sharma is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary with over 40 years of experience across industries like real estate, automobiles, textiles, and steel. Notably, he was Vice Chairman and MD of SOBHA Limited, leading it through a highly successful IPO and earning multiple CEO awards. The Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee have also been reconstituted with new leadership roles assigned to independent and non-independent directors.
