Lloyds Engineering Works Limited has announced a board meeting approving key director changes. Mr. Ashok Kumar Sharma resigned as Non-Executive Independent Director due to personal commitments, and Mrs. Alka Upadhyay was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, subject to shareholder approval, for a term up to five years. Similarly, Mr. Ashok Tandon stepped down as Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and was reappointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, also subject to shareholder approval for five years. The Risk Management and CSR Committees have been reconstituted with Mr. Devidas Kambale replacing Mr. Sharma. Mrs. Upadhyay brings nearly 30 years of experience in sustainability and ESG transformation, while Mr. Tandon has over 40 years in engineering and industrial sectors.
