An exceptional gain of Rs. 6.10 Cr (standalone) and Rs. 12.24 Cr (consolidated) arose from reversal of ESAR charges following a director’s retirement.
The company’s balance sheet reflects strong financial assets with standalone investments at Rs. 4,726 Cr and consolidated investments at Rs. 4,730 Cr. Segment-wise, key contributors include investments, iron casting, tube, steel, and real estate businesses, with consolidated capital employed at Rs. 8,156 Cr.
