Esteem Properties merged with Valor Estate effective from 1st April 2024, while the hospitality business of Valor Estate was demerged into Advent Hotels starting 1st April 2025. This restructuring streamlines operations by consolidating real estate assets under Valor Estate and separating hospitality into a focused entity, potentially enhancing business clarity and value for shareholders.
