Solex Energy Limited — New Orders, 01-07-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

Solex Green Energy, a subsidiary of Solex Energy Limited, has secured a contract to develop solar power projects totaling 24.1 MW with a value of ₹68.69 Cr. The projects will be executed under the Distributed Renewable Energy Bilateral Purchase (DREBP) Policy and are to be completed in phases during FY 2025-26. The orders are awarded by multiple domestic entities, including some related parties from the promoter group. This contract reinforces Solex's position in the renewable energy segment with steady execution lined up for the year.
