Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited has announced a board meeting on 13 May 2025 approved the appointment of Thiru R. Rengarajan as Chief General Manager (Finance In-charge) & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective 1 July 2025. He succeeds the retiring CFO, Tmt Sathya Ananth. With over 33 years of finance experience in manufacturing industries including steel, heavy engineering, and paper, Rengarajan brings strong expertise in ERP environments. He does not hold any shares in TNPL and has no familial ties with other directors. This change strengthens the company’s financial leadership ahead.
