JM Financial Limited has announced a board meeting on July 10, 2025, to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company has completed acquiring an additional 2.98% stake in JM Financial Credit Solutions Limited for Rs. 88.97 Cr, making it a wholly owned subsidiary. JMFCSL, a systemically important NBFC with a turnover of Rs. 826.23 Cr in FY25, will enhance consolidated profits and give JM Financial full control over capital allocation and profit distribution.
