REC Limited has announced a change in its Board of Directors following the superannuation of Shri Vijay Kumar Singh, Director (projects), who ceased to be a Director and Key Managerial Personnel from July 1, 2025. The Ministry of Power has assigned the additional charge of Director (projects) to Shri Jitendra Srivastava, Chairman & Managing Director, for up to three months or until a regular appointment is made. This interim arrangement ensures continuity in project leadership during the transition period.
