India Pesticides Limited — Important, 01-07-2025: Capacity addition

India Pesticides has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

India Pesticides has expanded its formulation plant capacity by 3,500 MT, taking total capacity to 10,000 MT per annum from 6,500 MT earlier. The expansion, funded through internal accruals at an investment of Rs 2.80 Cr, addresses the current high utilization level of 95%. This capacity boost aims to support expected growth in the formulation business and improve supply capabilities. The ramp-up is effective immediately as of June 30, 2025.
