JHS Svendgaard Laboratories Limited — Board Meeting, 01-07-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

JHS Svendgaard Laboratories has announced a board meeting on July 1, 2025, where the re-appointment of Mr. Nikhil Nanda as Managing Director for five years from July 2, 2025, subject to shareholder approval, was approved. Mr. Nanda is a seasoned FMCG entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience. The board also took note of Mr. Mukul Pathak’s cessation as Independent Director following completion of his second term. Consequently, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee will be reconstituted effective July 2, 2025.
