NIIT Limited has announced a board meeting to approve key leadership changes. Mr. Parappil Rajendran, a founding member and current Head of Technology, will transition to Non-Executive Non-Independent Director from October 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Avani Vishal Davda will be re-appointed as Independent Director for a second five-year term starting June 2026, pending shareholder consent. Additionally, Mr. Harsh Kundra, a seasoned technology leader with over 20 years in EdTech and digital solutions, has joined as a Senior Management Person effective immediately. These moves strengthen NIIT’s leadership with experienced professionals deeply engaged in technology and governance.
