    SML Isuzu has announced a board meeting on 30th May 2025 approving a final dividend of 180% (Rs.18/share) for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The record date to determine shareholders eligible for this dividend is fixed as 9th July 2025.
