NIIT Limited — Others, 01-07-2025: Change in Management

NIIT Limited has announced a board meeting on which it approved key leadership changes. Mr. Parappil Rajendran, a founding member and Head of Technology, will become a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director effective October 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Ms. Avani Vishal Davda, a seasoned leader with experience in Tata Group and Bain & Company, will be re-appointed as an Independent Director for five years starting June 2026, pending shareholder consent. Additionally, Mr. Harsh Kundra, a technology veteran with strong EdTech expertise, has joined as a Senior Management Person from July 1, 2025. These changes strengthen NIIT’s leadership in technology and strategy.
