SMS Pharmaceuticals has announced a board meeting on which it approved the re-appointment of Mr. Vamsi Krishna Potluri as Executive Director for three years starting July 1, 2025, subject to shareholder approval. Vamsi Krishna, with a strong background in engineering and management, has been with the company since 2014 and leads marketing and R&D. His leadership has been key in driving innovation and operational efficiency. He is also the son of the CMD, Mr. Ramesh Babu Potluri.
