CARE Ratings has reaffirmed Havells India Limited’s credit ratings, maintaining the Long Term Bank Facilities at CARE AAA with a Stable outlook, and the Short Term Bank Facilities and Commercial Paper rating at CARE A1+. The long-term facilities amount to ₹100 Cr (reduced from ₹500 Cr), while short-term facilities have been enhanced to ₹1,197.5 Cr (up from ₹797.5 Cr), and the CP program is rated at ₹500 Cr. This reaffirmation reflects Havells’ consistent operational and financial performance in FY25.
