Popular Vehicles and Services Ltd has announced a board meeting on the appointment of Mr. Abraham Mammen as the new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel, effective from 01st July, 2025. He succeeds Mr. John Verghese, who retired on 30th June, 2025, but will remain as a consultant until 30th September, 2025. Mr. Mammen brings over 22 years of experience in finance and has held senior roles at Neutrinos Technologies, Quess Corp, Shell India, SAB Miller, Mphasis, and ACC Limited. This change strengthens the company’s senior management with seasoned financial leadership.
