Nazara Technologies Limited — Important, 01-07-2025: Updates

Nazara Technologies has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. Its subsidiary, Nodwin Gaming, has completed the acquisition of 92.3% equity in AFK Gaming for INR 7.58 Cr, partly in cash (INR 4.59 Cr) and partly via equity shares (INR 2.99 Cr). AFK Gaming is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Nodwin, strengthening Nazara's gaming portfolio and presence in the esports segment.
