D.P. Abhushan has allotted 1,67,500 equity shares of Rs. 10 each upon conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis at Rs. 1,182 per share. The warrants were converted fully by promoters Mrs. Supriya Kataria and Mr. Udit Kataria, along with Prabhudas Lilladher Advisory Services Pvt Ltd and Harit Exports Pvt Ltd. This raises the paid-up equity capital to Rs. 22.83 Cr from Rs. 22.66 Cr, indicating fresh fund infusion and slight promoter holding increase.
