Neogen Chemicals Limited — Important, 01-07-2025: General Updates

Neogen Chemicals has completed the subscription and allotment of 20 lakh equity shares in its wholly owned subsidiary, Neogen Chemicals Japan Corporation Limited (NCL Japan), making its shareholding 100%. The investment amounts to JPY 2 crore (INR 1.19 Cr). NCL Japan, incorporated recently, will focus on strengthening coordination and relationships with Japanese chemical firms and will utilize funds for corporate expenses as it initiates business operations in Japan.
