Concord Enviro Systems Limited has announced a postal ballot seeking shareholder approval to appoint Ms. Namrata Prayas Goel as a Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director liable to retire by rotation. She joined the Board as an Additional Director in May 2025 based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee’s recommendation. Ms. Namrata Goel brings over 20 years of experience spanning finance, treasury, and education, including roles at HSBC Bank and Rochem Separation Systems (India) Pvt. Ltd. She holds degrees in Statistics, Education, and Management Studies and is part of the promoter group. She will not draw any remuneration except reimbursement of travel expenses for company duties. Shareholders can vote electronically through NSDL’s platform.
