Maruti Suzuki India Limited — Important, 01-07-2025: General Updates

Maruti Suzuki has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year. June production totaled 1,27,545 units, down 4.2% year-on-year. Passenger vehicle output dipped 4.3% to 1,25,392 units, led by declines in mini and compact cars (down 15%) and mid-size models (no production vs. 806 units last year). Utility vehicle production rose 13% to 53,677 units, supported by strong demand for models like Brezza and Ertiga. Van output also increased slightly, while light commercial vehicle production remained flat. Production includes volumes from Suzuki Motor Gujarat.
