Digjam Limited has announced a board meeting on June 29, 2025, wherein it approved the resignation of Mr. Parashiva Murthy B S from the Board due to personal reasons, and appointed Mr. Ruchit Bharat Patel as an Additional Director. The Board also approved a Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of the textile business undertaking of Reid & Taylor International Private Limited (RTIL) into Digjam. This consolidation aims to streamline operations, achieve cost efficiencies, and enhance growth potential by integrating similar textile businesses within the Finquest Group. The demerger involves the issue of approximately 7.13 Cr new shares to RTIL shareholders, with no cash consideration, subject to regulatory approvals. The new shares will be listed on stock exchanges post-approval.
