Adani Enterprises Limited — JV/Acquisition, 01-07-2025: Acquisition

Adani Defence Systems and Technologies, a subsidiary of Adani Enterprises, has completed the acquisition of an 85.1% stake in Air Works India (Engineering) Pvt. Ltd, for an enterprise value of Rs. 400 Cr. Air Works is India’s largest privately-owned aviation services and MRO player, with a steady revenue of around Rs. 356 Cr in FY24. This deal significantly boosts Adani’s presence in the aerospace sector, strengthening its footprint in aircraft maintenance, repair, and overhaul, and potentially driving long-term growth through exposure to OEMs, airlines, and lessors.
