Maxvolt Energy Industries Limited — Important, 01-07-2025: General Updates

MaxVolt Energy has secured 23,524 sq. meters of industrial land in Aligarh with support from the UP MSME Department. The company will set up a lithium battery recycling plant with an initial capacity of 5,200 metric tons per year to reduce waste and reclaim raw materials. Alongside, it plans an Energy Storage System (ESS) battery pack manufacturing unit targeting 2 GWh production capacity over the next three years. These initiatives aim to strengthen MaxVolt’s role in India's clean energy transition and electric mobility growth.
