Supra Trends Limited has announced a board meeting to take on record the successful completion of the company’s takeover by a new promoter group, effective immediately. Following this change, the Board approved the appointment of Mrs. Bhavani Ajjarapu as Managing Director and Mr. Koppuravuri Naga Venkata Shyam Anirudh as Whole Time Director, both for a three-year term pending member approval. The previous Managing Director, Mr. Mathamsetty Venkata Krishna Sunil Kumar, resigned due to the management change. These leadership changes mark a strategic shift in the company’s governance and direction.
