Supra Trends Limited has announced a board meeting on which recorded the successful completion of a takeover by a new promoter group, with control transferring to the acquirers and persons acting in concert. Following this change, Mrs. Bhavani Ajjarapu has been appointed as Managing Director and Executive Director, while Mr. Koppuravuri Naga Venkata Shyam Anirudh has been appointed as Whole Time Director and Executive Director, both for three-year terms pending member approval. Concurrently, Mr. Mathamsetty Venkata Krishna Sunil Kumar resigned as Managing Director and director due to the management change.
