Exicom Tele-Systems Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 01-07-2025: Rights Issue

Exicom Tele-Systems has announced a rights issue of up to ₹259.41 Cr by issuing 1.81 crore equity shares at ₹143 each (face value ₹10). Existing shareholders will get 3 shares for every 20 held as of July 7, 2025. The issue will raise fresh capital, increasing the share base from 12.09 crore to 13.91 crore shares if fully subscribed. This could dilute existing holdings but offers shareholders a chance to maintain their stake by subscribing to the issue. Funds raised will likely support growth initiatives or debt reduction.
