Megasoft has announced a board meeting on July 1, 2025, approving the sale of its 36.52% stake in associate company Extrovis AG, Switzerland, to Refex Life Sciences Private Limited for approximately INR 128.40 Cr (USD 15 million), subject to FX fluctuations.
