RITES Limited — New Orders, 01-07-2025: Bagging/Receiving of orders/contracts

RITES has secured a $3.6 million (approx. ₹29.5 Cr) order from African Rail Company to supply and commission 2 fully overhauled ALCO Diesel Electric Locomotives for use in Zimbabwe, Mozambique, and Botswana. The locomotives will feature new Cape Gauge bogies, traction motors, control systems, and air brakes, with warranty support including RITES technical team deployment. The contract execution timeline is 9 months.
