Bajaj Finance has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year. The company plans to seek shareholder approval for appointing M/s. Makarand M. Joshi & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for five years. It also proposes issuing non-convertible debentures (NCDs) via private placement within existing borrowing limits. Material related party transactions with subsidiaries Bajaj Housing Finance (up to ₹12,612 crore) and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance (up to ₹1,445 crore) will be tabled for approval. Modifications to the Employee Stock Option Scheme include enabling secondary market share acquisitions by the ESOP Trust and extending benefits to employees of holding/subsidiary companies.
