Solara Active Pharma Sciences has dispatched the first reminder notice for payment of the First Call Money of ₹131.25 per partly paid-up rights equity share (₹3.50 face value + ₹127.75 premium). Shareholders must pay by July 21 to avoid forfeiture of shares and loss of previous payments. Payment is accepted via cheque or demand draft only, with no part payments or cash accepted. Upon receipt, the company may convert partly paid-up shares from ₹3.50 to ₹7 paid-up shares.
